Where do I get the apps?
Start at the download page. Choose Doctoro if you are a patient or caring for someone, or Doctoro Professional if you are a doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
Who can see my medical records?
Only the professionals and facilities you approve. You can see who has access and withdraw it at any time. Being a doctor or working at a hospital does not give anyone access on its own.
Are the doctors and pharmacists real professionals?
Professionals sign up with their MDCN or PCN registration, and we check it before they can see patients on Doctoro.
How do I pay for a consultation?
Fees are shown in naira before you confirm a booking, so there are no surprises. Facilities on Doctoro can also record HMO and insurance cover.
How does a hospital, clinic or pharmacy join?
Send the onboarding request. We will call to understand your facility, then set up your workspace and walk your team through it.
